NARRATIVE
My neighbors witness this event and left a note.
According to the note: "New Red Nissan Rogue with License Plate BTC 4823 hit your Rear bumper on right side. People then
drove off'
I talked to them the day of this report and the told me that the people hit my bumper pretty hard, got out of their vehicle to
inspect the damage, then drove off.
I've never seen the vehicle described before and neither have my neighbors.
