NARRATIVE
I was waiting at a stoplight at the intersection of Logan Ave N and N 3rd St and a black Kia Soul hit my car from behind. We
both pulled over, and I said we should call the police, but the other guy just got back in his car and drove away. I couldn't get
the full license plate,just the first 3 letters "CCX". Also, the car had no front bumper, and leaking water probably from a
broken radiator. The damage to my car is a broken back bumper. The guy who hit me was a white guy, taller than me (I am
5'4")with curly black hair and purple tips.
