Services can range from simple project oversight to full management of design and construction teams overseeing all facets of planning, reporting, budgeting, scheduling, fixturing, start-up, occupancy and close-out activities. We are experienced at stepping in at any stage of a project and immediately providing value-added guidance, management and leadership. Our range of experience in project type and size has provided a wealth of technical training, and also affords a greater vision for managing the bigger picture and at the same time understanding the impor tance of the small details. The firm’s strength is a combination of technical knowledge and an inclusive, collaborative management style involving close and continuous communication with both the client group and each of the project team members. Each step of the construction process, no matter how simple or complex, requires detailed planning to avoid missteps or rework. Clear, calm and open communication is required at all times and between involved parties. As team leader and project manager, it is critical that all members of the team - be it architect, engineer, contractor, staff member, or city official - communicate regularly and respectfully. We are familiar with and committed to sustainable practices and have experience with LEED and One Planet certified projects. We understand the guidelines and processes and are able to assist as needed in terms of leadership and guidance. Century Link Field, Seattle, Washington: 70,000 seat professional football and soccer stadium completed 2002. Public/Private Partnership, $460MM. Experience Music Project (now MoPop), Seattle, Washington: Frank Gehry designed, 150,000 square foot tech- nology-based, interactive museum, completed 2000. $250MM. Meta, Tenant Improvement, Seattle, Washington: Multi-phased, 300,000 square foot office tenant improvement and seismic/structural retrofit. Completed in conjunction with Bloom Projects LLC in 2017. $100MM. Confidential Client Residence & Estate Projects, various locations including Tanzania, Botswana, London, Nice, New York City, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, New Mexico, Hawaii, Utah, Washington. Various new build and remodel projects – Interiors, cinemas, elevators, technology and related infrastructure, exterior renovations, site work, pools and landscape, support buildings, 2004-Present. $50MM total completed works. Mercy Housing Northwest, Seattle, Washington: Building 9 Restoration and Renovation, Magnuson Park. Con- version of historic naval barracks and office facilities into 148 affordable housing units, education center and health clinic. Involvement began October 2017 and scheduled to complete May 2019. Gashora Girls Academy, Gashora, Rwanda: 45,000 square foot girl’s boarding school located outside of Kigali, Rwanda, completed 2012, $3MM. Boeing Company Office, Laboratory and Manufacturing Facilities , Seattle, Washington: Planning, construction management, and facilities management of numerous lab, office, and manufacturing facilities , 1986-1993. $100MM total completed works.
