Hello
We wanted to make you aware of a conflict between water utility, electrical utility, and the foundation of the Shop
Building. We need to re‐locate some of the electrical equipment from the west building wall to the other side of the
sidewalk in order to allow for sweep to penetrate foundation wall before entering electrical room. This has necessitated
us to push the location of the FDC and PIV a little further south than on the permitted plans in order to accommodate
the electrical. We are required to produce as‐built survey so this revision would be reflected in the as‐built survey. The
excerpt below is from sheet UW‐102.
We wanted to apprise you of this revision before providing approval for its release to the contractor. If you have
comments or concerns, please indicate so by COB next Tuesday. Thanks!
