Because this is a modified version of a signed/notarized document please provide confirmation that the parties signing have reviewed and accepted the version. * REETA * The REETA requires a couple of minor updates, see attached for corrections (“C_REETA… - REDLINES”) * Deed of dedication * A deed of dedication hadn’t been provided. Attached is a dedication that has been partially filled out but there are some areas that I cannot create for you and I have marked these areas for ease of identifying. Additionally the document is not flattened so it will be easy to use. * As discussed a modification is required for the alley and was not included. Attached is the invoice, please pay online at our permit portal. Please also confirm that you wish to apply for a modification to reduce the alley width and alley paved width. Please send me the updated files as they become available. I will include them in the review route and continue to process this.
