Dear Clark H. Close:
The King County Wastewater Treatment Division (WTD) has received the Notice of Application
(NOA) for the 780 Logan Ave N project (PR23-000094 8th Street Short Plat, LUA23- 000201,
SHPL-A, that proposes a preliminary short plat approval for the subdivision of an existing 574,432
square foot (13.18-acres) parcel into three (3) commercial lots.
A King County facility, the 96-inch diameter East Side Interceptor, Section 2 (ESI2) is in
Logan AVE N adjacent to the proposed project. (See enclosed record drawing showing the
location of the facility in the project vicinity).
In order to protect this wastewater facility during construction, WTD requires that City of Renton
submit construction drawings for the project, so that WTD can assess its potential impacts. Please
send drawings to:
