1. Question: $1M Pollution. Is the city willing to waive the $1M pollution coverage in insurance
noted on (pdf) page number 34 of the Bid Package – Volume 1?
Answer: No, the City and King County do not waive the required pollution coverage. Pollution
coverage is required per the bid package.
