SUBJECT: Software Maintenance Renewal for Intrado - CivicLive
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 2 to CAG-16-110 with Intrado
Interactive Services Corp. This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote # 163574, in
the amount of $20,049.39, for the annual maintenance renewal of CivicLive. The
renewal dates are 07/26/23 – 07/25/24.
The Communications division manages, and entire enterprise uses CivicLive as the city’s
Content Management System (CMS) for the www.rentonwa.gov website.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Intrado Interactive Services Corporation d/b/a CivicLive (“Provider”) will provide the customer named
above (“Client”) with the online communications applications further described in the Reference
Quote subject to the following terms and conditions:
Order Authorization Terms.
The terms and conditions available at www.civiclive.com/webterms will apply to this order
authorization unless the parties have entered into a separate mutually executed agreement. The
terms of this order will govern any conflict with the above-mentioned terms. No additional terms in
Customer’s purchase order will apply.
Term and Termination.
This Agreement will commence on the Service Start Date and continue for the Agreement Term, and
then will automatically renew for successive one-year periods unless either party provides written
notice of its desire not to renew at least 30 days prior to the end of the then-current term.
