This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 2 to CAG-20-496 with CADD
Microsystems Inc. This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # Q160731, in the
amount of $2,340.00, for the annual maintenance of Bluebeam Studio Prime. The
renewal term is 07/22/2023 – 07/21/2024.
Multiple departments use this software to integrate EnerGov electronic plan review into
Bluebeam Studio.
I am also requesting that we add an additional $1068.66 to Eden to correct a negative
balance from previous invoices that were not accounted for correctly. This is just a
documentation correction and will not affect our budget for 2023. Total addition to
Eden: $3,408.66.
