Define the existing standard or design criteria requiring MEF documentation.
The cross slope of a curb ramp cannot exceed 2%.
Describe why the proposed improvements cannot meet the existing standards.
Since the ramp is mid- block, it is subject to existing slope of the road at 4.99% thus cannot be
reduced to 2%.
