For the landscaping only the street trees are maintained by the City, Topgolf will be responsible for all other landscaping. For the street lighting the City will assume maintenance.

Does this mean that after two years, the maintenance of the landscaping along the public right of ways falls to the City of Renton? Same thing with the 8th st lighting?

I am sending over a summary to Topgolf so that they have a “one stop shop” to know what they need to account for during the 2 yr maintenance period. Do you have a summary I can use to
start it? I was trying to find details of it online, but struggled.
