Dibble Engineers Inc. (DEI) received a comment from the City of Renton regarding the vault design at the proposed
8074 132nd Street Townhomes.
The comment on sheet SV-1 from the City of Renton reads, “Show location of the proposed water main and provide
separation distance between the water main and the shoring piles. Add note to protect water main during placement
of piles.”
DEI Response: Please reference revised drawings for updated SH-2.1 to show water main distance from piles and
note to protect water main during installation of piles.
