F. The Sandra Nielsen BLA Project will involve the adjustment of the boundary line between
property, tax id 182870-0010 and tax id, 182870-0020. We are adjusting the boundary line
between the two properties by 18 ft going north from lot 1 182870-0010.
Lot 1 (182870-0010) will be increased to 9,784.88 sqft (7,964sqft + 1,820.88 sqft)
Lot 2 (182870-0020) shall be decreased to 6,069.6 sqft (7,890.48 - 1820.88sqft)
Lot 2 measurement will now be 60’ wide x 101.16 long.
Lot 1 measurement will be 81’ x 101.16.’
No adjustments to zoning or use shall be made to either property.
