The first request was for unlicensed vehicles and a boat on the property. The second was for garbage thrown about the property. Exhibit 2 February 21st,2023: I performed an inspection of the property to verify the violations. Arriving at the property I notice multiple vehicles on the property with expired tabs, also noticed bulky waste being stored on the side of the property. Photos taken. Exhibit 3 February 23rd,2023: Sent the First Warning of Violation Letter to the property owner. Exhibit 4 March 29th,2023: I performed another inspection of the property to verify whether the violations have been corrected. Inspection shows that all violations are still present on the property. The vehicles are still present, and the bulky waste has been moved from the side of the home to the backyard in the ravine. Photos taken. Exhibit 5 March 30th,2023: Sent the Second Warning of Violation Letter to the property owner. Exhibit 6 May 17th,2023: I performed an inspection of the property to verify whether the violations have been corrected. Inspection shows that the vehicle violation has been corrected, but the bulky waste violation has been added to. Photos taken. Exhibit 7 May 18th,2023: Sent the First Notice of Violation Letter to the property owner with a fine of $100.00 for the bulky waste that remained on the property. Exhibit 8 2 June 6th,2023: I performed another inspection of the property to verify whether the violations have been corrected. The bulky waste has been reduced to only being a washer and dryer remaining. Photo taken. Exhibit 9 June 7th,2023: Sent the Second Notice of Violation Letter to the property owner with a $250.00 dollar fine for the remaining bulky waste left on the property.
