Please note - HALF of the WATER in this project is provided by CCUD. Please note - HALF of the WATER in this project is provide by CITY (BLUE). Please note - CITY STORM is located only in CITY R/W. So, the only place that a CITY Utility coincides nearby a PSE utility is Alley 1. Please see the 48-inch trench detail on Sheet 2, located within a 5-foot PSE easement along Alley 1. The water line is situated minimum of 4-feet off the edge of asphalt. There is an additional 1-foot before the trench is begin. Therefore the total distance between the water and PSE Gas is minimum of 5-feet. Dimension strings along Alley 1 shown hereon for reference for spacing. MFP23002508 TPN: 33 4 5 7 0 - 0 0 3 5 M.
