THIS AM�NDMEN'C, dated November 29�, 2017, is by and bet�rreen the City vf Renton (the '
"City„}, a Wa�hington rnunicipal corporation, and pGK tnc. („Consultant"}, 1902 120th PI SE
5uite 202 Everett, WA 98208. The City and the Consuttant are referred to collectively in this
Amendment as the "Parties."lJnce fully executed by the Parties,this Amendment is effec�ive as
of th�last date signed by both parties.
Whereas,the City engaged the services of th�Consultant under Agreement CAG-16-140,daCed
September 14, 2016,to provide necessary services for the Environmer�tal Engineering{referred !
to herein as the"Agreement");
Whereas,the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to e�ctend the compfetion date in order to �;
complete'the services provided fiar the project. ;
N01N THER�FQRE,It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-16-14t}is amended as follows:

Time of Performance; Consultant shall cammence per�armance af the
Agreement pursuant to the schedule(sj set farth in �xhibit A. A1l Wark shall be
performed 6y no later than D�cem6e'r 31.,�018.
2. All terms of the Agreement nat explicitly modified herein shatl remain in ful4 force and I
effect and such terms shall apply tv Wark perfarmed according to this Amendment as if ;
fully set forth herein.
