Comments
When we purchased our house in 2018 we were told that any future
development of this land would need to be accessed off of Nile only
and not accessible off of 7th place which is what this proposed action
plan states. Additionally our current HOA fees and other dues have
paid for the landscaping surrounding this property along Nile and on
7th place. Will we be reimbursed for this and will the new developers
cover these costs and/or incorporate into our current HOA? What is
to become of the western fence line between 5717 NE 7th Place and
702 Nile Ave? If this project moves forward, I want to ensure that the
new development does not allow for any water drainage runoff onto
our property.
