We have now bid and awarded the project. Unfortunately, when we had the preconstruction meeting we neglected to invite District 90. At this time, the schedule calls for construction to begin December 3, 2007. Enclosed is a copy of the plans. It would appear that the District's 8" main along the east side of Duvall Avenue NE should not be impacted by our construction. We will be constructing in the vicinity of the 6" main the District has in NE 10`h Street where it crosses Duvall Avenue NE (see sheet 4 of I I). If the District would like to meet with the City and our contractor prior to construction in this area, please let us know and we will arrange a meeting. If you would like to discuss the project or have any questions, please contact me at 425-430-7200 or mbenoit@ci.renton.wa.us. Sincerely, Michael A.
