SCOPE OF WORK
Entrance Controls will provide the following:
1) Install a card reader on the seventh floor of the City of Renton building for the communications division. .
This includes a reader, rex, door contact, and electrified lever set.
2) ECI will provide and install all cable.
3) The locking hardware tech will core and recertify the door.
4) ECI will add a Lenel board to the new panel being installed.
5) All work to be done during normal business hours.
6) ECI to program and test door.
7) ECI assumes the owner has enough space on the existing software to add a reader.
