This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Please authorize payment of Tyler Technologies New World Systems Invoice # 130-
138309, in the amount of $176,325.43, for annual maintenance between 09/01/2023
and 08/31/2024.
The Police Department uses this software as a records management and report
management system.
This invoice will be filed as Amendment No. 8 to CAG-98-022.
