Land Use Permit.
We request that Conditions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 strike the language “prior to building permit
issuance” and instead use “prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy” for the Goddard
School, LUA22-000414, ECF, SA-A Land Use Permit.
