Hi Vanessa & Andrew,
We are still trying to find a way that makes sense for us to build our home in Renton but a few
details still need to be resolved. We would like to go ahead and ask for a reconsideration while we
work through those details. One point that I don’t believe was considered was the current setbacks
for existing homes on the north side of 36th within the R-6 zone. Currently there are only 2 homes
that were built 25’+ from the front of the property. Please let me know if you need anything
additional from us to formally request a reconsideration.
