1. Section 5: Will the city please consider removing the 100 page limit, or
making the requirements within Item 9-Contract Samples exempt from this
page count? Some of these documents are extensive and will impinge on
our actual responses requirement page limits.
2. General: Out of the 900 total W2 employees listed, how many require daily
time & attendance clock/punch in/out?
3. General: How many hardware clocks/bio scanners are required throughout
the City?
4. Section 3: In addition to the stated requirements, is the City of Renton
interested in learning more from software vendors about additional
capabilities as it relates to the table of current systems under review in
Section 3?
5. General: Could the City please elaborate on budget allocation for years 2-
10? Are they relying on vendors TCO submittal?
