Are providing prior customer references mandatory? 2. Can we get a two week extension to at least September 4th? 3. Is Renton Regional Fire Authority a part of the scope of this project? 1. Yes references are to be provided. We will not contact them unless your solu�on is elevated to the final stage of our evalua�on process. 2. No, there will be no extension. 3. Section 5: Will the city please consider removing the 100 page limit, or making the requirements within Item 9-Contract Samples exempt from this page count? Some of these documents are extensive and will impinge on our actual responses requirement page limits. 2. General: Out of the 900 total W2 employees listed, how many require daily time & attendance clock/punch in/out? 3. General: How many hardware clocks/bio scanners are required throughout the City? 4. Section 3: In addition to the stated requirements, is the City of Renton interested in learning more from software vendors about additional capabilities as it relates to the table of current systems under review in Section 3? 5. General: Could the City please elaborate on budget allocation for years 2- 10? Are they relying on vendors TCO submittal? 1. Are there any systems outside of your legacy system used to track historical data? If so what systems? 15. Do you have in-house staff that can run either delivered or custom reports from the legacy systems 16. Will there be a designated resource for this project to lead Data Conversions? Is this resource capable of populating standard data conversion templates? Change Management 17. What is the City’s experience with change management? Any lessons learned from previous deployments? 18. What does the optimal user experience look like? 19. What is the City’s current level of self-service maturity? 20.
