The temporary construction permit shall be obtained for a period of 36 months from beginning of construction and shall terminate at end of this period or upon completion of the construction work, whichever occurs first. 2. All fences, buildings, trees, and bridges within the permanent easement and temporary construction permit limits shall be removed and disposed of unless noted otherwise. 3. Temporary construction permit areas shall be for use by the GREEN RIVER FLOOD CONTROL ZONE DISTRICT for operation and storage of construction equipment and material including spoils removed from channel excavation. Spoils not removed from temporary construction permit areas shall become the property of the landowner upon expiration of the permits. 4. All co- ordinates are based on the Washington State co-ordinate system. 5. All R/W areas listed in tabulations have been obtained by plonimetering or scaling from land rights work maps.
