NOTES
I. The temporary construction permit shall be obtained for a period of 36
months from beginning of construction and shall terminate at end of this
period or upon completion of the construction work, whichever occurs first.
2. All fences, buildings, trees, and bridges within the permanent
easement and temporary construction permit limits shall be removed
and disposed of unless noted otherwise,
