1. A11 work & materials shall be in accordance with City of Renton (APWA-
1977) standards and specifications.
2. All locations of existing utilities shown are approximate and it shall
be the responsibility of the contractor to verify the exact locations to
avoid damage or disturbance.
3� All inlets and catch basin fr,.;o and grates shall not be adjusted until
immediately prior to the pouring of concrete curbs.
4. All 8" & 1211 storm sewer pipe to be concrete, non -reinforced, ASTM C14 ,
Class II, tongue and groove or bell & spigot with bell removed within in-
lets catch basins or 16 gage helical aluminum corrugated metal pipe or equiv-
alent.
5. All 2'' PVC curb drains to be located near the street side low corner of
each lot to permit future connection of roof drains.
6. Drainage structures not on public right-of-way shall have locking lids.
