It is the responsibility of the Contractor to meet all requirements of state, local authorities, health departments and utility companies, regardless of information stated on the Drainage and Grading Plan. 2. Paving specifications: Two 1-1/2" lifts, asphalt concrete pavement over 6" crushed rock base. 4.
