BEDDING AND BACKFILL FOR STORM DRAIN PIPE SHALL BE PER APWA STANDARD PLAN PUBLIC WORKS. ANY DEVIATION FROM THE APPROVED PLANS WILL REQUIRE WRITTEN 2. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN TEMPORARY SEDIMENTATION/COLLECTION B-11 OR B-18C. SUBMIT MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS FOR MINIMUM COVER ON APPROVAL FROM THE CITY OF RENTON DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS. FACILITIES TO INSURE THAT SEDIMENT LADEN WATER DOES NOT ENTER NATURAL PVC. DRAINAGE SYSTEM. THESE FACILITIES MUST BE IN OPERATION PRIOR TO CLEARING 14. A COPY OF THESE APPROVED PLANS MUST BE ON THE JOB SITE WHENEVER AND CONSTRUCTION AND MUST BE MAINTAINED UNTIL CONSTRUCTION AND 7. TRENCH WIDTH IN BEDDING ZONE SHALL BE 1-1/2 TIMES THE PIPE DIAMETER PLUS CONSTRUCTION IS IN PROGRESS. LANDSCAPING ARE COMPLETED AND THE POTENTIAL FOR ON -SITE EROSION HAS 18 INCHES. PASSED. 15. CONTRACTOR IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MEANS, METHODS AND SEQUENCES OF PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER. 4. A PRECONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE AND A 24 HOUR NOTICE SHALL BE REQUIRED PRIOR - --CONSTRUCTION AND FOR THE SAFETY OF WORKERS AND OTHERS ON THE CONSTRUCTION TO STARTING NEW CONSTRUCTION.
