All sidewalks shall be Type B Std Plan No 14. 10. All building downspouts and footing drains shall be connected to the storm drainage system. 11. Prior to any construction/development activity the City of Renton Dept. of Public Works must be contacted and a PRE -CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE held 12. Rockery wall shall be constructed of sound durable rocks using 4 man rocks. Source of material to be approved by the City. 13. AS -BUILT plans and records shall be furnished by the contractor showing all deviations from the approved plans. Final payment shall not be made until these plans are submitted. EROSION CONTROL NOTES 1. Use filter fence as temporary erosion control measure. Locate filter fence along property lines as shown or needed. Use temporary V-ditches/swales to direct storm runoff through filter prior to exiting site. 2. Exact locations and configurations of temporary erosion control facilities shall be determined by Owner/Contractor and City of Renton representatives in the field prior to construction. Fences will be adjusted to fit existing topo. and ends of filter fence will be wrapped uphill to,prevent runoff from running around the ends. 3. Temporary erosion control measures will be installed prior to any other construction taking place and maintained in a satisfactory condition until such time as the permanent drainage facilities are completed and operational. The erosion control measures depicted are min. requirements and as construction progresses and/or seasonal conditions dictate additional siltation control facilities may be required to insure complete sisltation control on the the proposed development.
