REVISION 1. All limits of clearing and areas of vegetation preservation as prescribed on the plan shall be clearly flagged in the field and observed during construction. 2. All required sedimentation/erosion control facilities must be constructed and in operation prior to land clearing and/or other construction to insured that sediment laden water does not enter the natural drainage system. All erosion and sediment facilities shall be maintained in a satisfactory condition until such time that clearing and/or construction is completed and potential for on -site erosion has passed. The implementation, maintenance, replacement and additions to erosion/sedimentation control systems shall be the responsibility of the permittee. 3. The erosion and sedimentation control systems depicted on this drawing are intended to be minimum requirements to meet anticipated site conditions. As construction progresses and unexpected or seasr,-al conditions dictate, the permittee shall anticipate that more erosion and sedimentation c;)ntrol facilities wilt be necessary to insured complete siltation control on the proposed site. During the course of construction, it shall be the obligation and responsibility of the permittee to address any new conditions that may be created by his activities and to provide additional facilities, over and above minimum requirements, as may be needed to protect adjacent properties and water quality of the receiving drainage system. 4. Approval of this plan is for erosion/sedimentation control only. it does not constitute an approval of storm drainage design, size nor location of pipes, restrictors, channels, or retention facilities. In any area which has been stripped of vegetation and where no further work is anticipated for a period of 30 days or more, all disturbed areas must be immediately stabilized with mulching, grass planting or other approved erosion control treatment applicable to the time of year in question. Grass seeding alone will be acceptable only during the months of April through September inclusive. Seeding may proceed, however, whenever it is in the interest of the permittee, but must be augmented with mulching, netting, or other treatment approved by the City of Renton, outside the specified time period. 6. For all erosion/sedimentation control ponds where the dead storage depth exceeds 6 inches, a fence, a minimum of 3 feet high is required, with 3:1 side slopes. 7. A temporary gravel construction entrance, 30, x 50, x 8" of 4- to 6- inch quarry spans shall be located at all points of vehicular ingress and egress to the construction site. „eeeeo e,•e, A. • s •L L { • & • h. CITY OF RENTON 3 DEPARTMENT 0I Pl!_9L I 'CORKS /T - /"/-P5' BY APPR.
