CONSTRUCTION NOTE:
A 3:1 slope shall be maintained where possible
between the maintenance berm and the permanent
easement boundary. Where there Isn't enough run
for a 3:1 slope, as flat a slope as possible,
not steeper than 2:1 shall be maintained.
