STREET, NOT USED AS A BUS ROUTE. HOWEVER, FULL PANEL REPLACEMENT IS REQUIRED ONLY AT INTERSECTIONS

B. 40% REMOVAL OF PANELS: ON ANY PANEL WHERE THE CUT REMOVES (OR REQUIRES REMOVAL OF)
MORE THAN 40% OF THE PANEL, PROVIDING THE REMAINING PORTION IS IN ONE CONTIGUOUS PIECE WITH
NO PATCHES OR CRACKS.
