MEETING MUST BE HELD WITH THE CITY OF RENTON DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS,
DESIGN ENGINEERS.
2. ALL LIMITS OF CLEARING AND AREAS OF VEGETATION PRESERVATION AS PRESCRIBED
ON THE PLAN SHALL BE CLEARLY FLAGGED IN THE FIELD AND OBSERVED DURING
CONSTRUCTION.
J. ALL REQUIRED SEDIMENTATION/EROSION CONTROL FACILITIES MUST BE CONSTRUCTED
AND IN OPERATION PRIOR TO LAND CLEARING AND/OR OTHER COIVSTRUCT70N TO INSURE
THAT SEDIMENT LADEN WATER DOES NOT ENTER THE NATURAL DRAINAGE SYSTEM. ALL
EROSION AND SEDIMENT FACILITIES SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN A SA77SFACTORY
CONDIT70N UN77L SUCH TIME THAT CLEARING AND/OR CONSTRUCTON IS COMPLETED
AND POTENTIAL FOR ON -SITE EROSION HAS PASSED. THE IMPLEMENTATION,
MAINTENANCE, REPLACEMENT AND ADDITIONS TO EROSION/SEDIMENTA7I0N CONTROL
SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PERMI TTEE.
4. THE EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL SYSTEMS DEPICTED ON THIS DRAWING ARE
INTENDED TO BE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO MEET ANTICIPATED SITE CONDITIONS. AS
CONSTRUCTION PROGRESSES AND UNEXPECTED OR SEASONAL COND177ONS DICTATE, THE
PERMIT7EE SHALL ANTICIPATE THAT MORE EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL
FACILITIES WILL BE NECESSARY TO INSURE COMPLETE SIL TA 77ON CONTROL ON THE
PROPOSED SITE. DURING THE COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION, IT SHALL BE THE
OBLIGATION AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PERMI TTEE TO ADDRESS ANY NEW
CONDI T70NS THA T MA Y BE CREA TED BY HIS ACT7W 77ES AND TO PROVIDE ADDI TIONAL
FACILITIES, OVER AND ABOVE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS, AS MAY BE NEEDED TO
PROTECT ADJACENT PROPER77ES AND WATER QUALITY OF THE RECEIVING DRAINAGE
SYSTEM.
5. APPROVAL OF THE PLAN IS FOR EROSIONISEDIMENTA77ON CONTROL ONLY. IT DOES NOT
CONSTITUTE AN APPROVAL OF STORM DRAINAGE DESIGN, SIZE NOR LOCA77ON OF
PIPES, RESTRICTORS, CHANNELS, OR RETENTION FACILITIES.
6. DURING THE 77ME PERIOD OF NOVEMBER 1 THROUGH MARCH 31, ALL PROJECT
DISTURBED SOIL AREAS GREATER THEN 5,000 SQUARE FEET, THAT ARE TO BE LEFT
UNWORKED FOR MORE THAN TWELVE (12) HOURS, SHALL BE COVERED BY MULCH,
SODDING, OR PLASTIC COVERING.
7. IN ANY AREA WHICH HAS BEEN STRIPPED OF VEGETA 77ON AND WHERE NO FURTHER WORK
IS ANTICIPA TED FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS OR MORE, ALL DISTURBED AREAS MUST BE
IMMEDIATELY STABILIZED WITH MULCHING, GRASS PLAN77NG OR OTHER APPROVED
EROSION CONTROL TREATMENT APPLICABLE TO 774E TIME OF YEAR /N QUESTION. GRASS
SEEDING ALONG WILL BE ACCEPTABLE ONLY DURING THE MON77-IS OF APRIL THROUGH
SEPTEMBER INCLUSIVE SEEDING MAY PROCEED, HOWEVER, WHENEVER IT IS IN T74E
INTEREST OF THE PERMITTEE, BUT MUST BE AUGMENTED WITH MULCHING, NETTING, OR
OTHER TREATMENT APPROVED BY 774E CITY OF RENTON, OUTSIDE THE SPECIFIED TIME
PERIOD.
& FOR ALL EROSIONISEDIMENTA77ON CONTROL PONDS WHERE 774E DEAD STORAGE DEPTH
EXCEEDS 6 INCHES, A FENCE, A MINIMUM OF 3 FEET HIGH IS REQUIRED, WITH 3.• 1
SIDE SLOPES
9. A TEMPORARY GRAVEL CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE 30' X 50, X 8" OF 4" - 6 INCH
QUARRY SPALLS SHALL BE LOCATED AT ALL POINTS OF VEHICULAR INGRESS AND
EGRESS TO THE CONSTRUCTION SITE.
