ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENT FACILITIES SHALL BE MAINTAINED /N A SATISFACTORY CONDITION UN77L SUCH 77ME THAT CLEARING AND/OR CONSTRUCTION /S COMPLETE AND POTENTIAL FOR ON -SITE EROSION HAS PASSED. THE IMPLEMENTATION, MAINTENANCE, REPLACEMENT AND ADDITIONS TO EROSION/SEDIMENTATION CONTROL SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PERMITEE. 22. THE EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL_ SYSTEMS DEPICTED ON THIS DRAWING ARE INTENDED TO BE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO MEET AN7ICIPATED SITE CONDITIONS AS CONS7RUC77ON PROGRESSES AND UNEXPECTED OR SEASONAL COND177ONS DICTATE THE PERMITEE SHALL ANTIC/PATE THAT MORE EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL FACILITIES WILL BE NECESSARY TO ENSURE COMPLETE SILTATION CONTROL ON THE PROPOSED SITE. DURING THE COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION, IT SHALL BE THE OBLIGA77ON AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PERMITEE TO ADDRESS ANY NEW COND177ONS THAT MAY BE CREATED BY THE AC77077ES AND TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FACILITIES, OVER AND ABOVE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS, AS MAY BE NEEDED, TO PROTECT ADJACENT PROPER77ES AND WATER QUALITY OF THE RECEIVING DRAINAGE SYSTEM. 23.
