CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE
1. CONTACT THE CITY OF RENTON PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT AND
SCHEDULE A PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING.
2. INSTALL STABILIZED CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE.
3. INSTALL FILTER FABRIC FENCE AND CB PROTECTION.
4. PERFORM DEMOLITION OPERATIONS AS REQUIRED.
5. ALL TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT EROSION CONTROL MEASURES
SHALL BE MAINTAINED AND REPAIRED AS NEEDED TO ASSURED CONTINUED
PERFORMANCE. THESE MEASURES SHALL BE REPAIRED TO THE ORIGINAL
DESIGN CONDITION.
6. PRIOR TO ANY CONSTRUCTION THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REVIEW THE
RECCOMMENDATIONS OF THE SITE GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING REPORT
PREPARED BY LSI ADAPT, INC., DATED JULY 13, 2005.
7. INSTALL NEW UTILITIES AND STORM DRAINAGE STRUCTURES AS DETAILED
ON THE PLANS. TRENCH EXCAVATIONS SHALL BE OBSERVED IN THE FIELD
BY AN ON —SITE SOILS ENGINEER. IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO
INSTALL GEOTEXTILE FABRIC IN THE TRENCH PRIOR TO PLACEMENT OF
GRANULAR BEDDING FOR PIPES AND CATCH BASINS.
8. CONSTRUCT NEW BUILDING. DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD, ANY AND
ALL POLLUTANTS OTHER THAN SEDIMENT WHICH ARE USED ON SITE SHALL
BE HANDLED AND DISPOSED OF IN A MANNER WHICH DOES NOT CAUSE
CONTAMINATION OF STORMWATER.
9. FINAL GRADE AND PAVE SITE.
10. LANDSCAPE OR HYDROSEED ALL EXPOSED AREAS.
11. CLEAN STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM DO NOT FLUSH AFTER VEGETATION HAS
