CONSTRUCTION.
INSTRUMENTATION FOR THIS SURVEY WAS A LEICA 1103 TOTAL
STATION. PROCEDURES USED IN THIS SURVEY WERE FIELD TRAVERSE,
MEETING OR EXCEEDING STANDARDS SET BY WA 332-130-090.
