PRIMARY CONTROL POINTS AND ACCESSIBLE MONUMENT POS177ONS WERE FIELD MEASURED UTILIZING GLOBAL POS1770NING SYSTEM (GPS) SURVEY TECHNIQUES USING LEICA SR 9500 EQUIPMENT. MONUMENT POSI77ONS THAT WERE NOT DIRECTLY OBSERVED USING GPS SURVEY TECHNIQUES WERE 77ED INTO THE CONTROL POINTS U77LIZING LEICA ELECTRONIC TOTAL STA77ONS FOR 77-IE MEASUREMENT OF BOTH ANGLES AND DISTANCES. THIS SURVEY MEETS OR EXCEEDS THE STANDARDS SET BY WAC 332-130-090. DA TUM VERTICAL— NAVD 88 / HOR/Z. NAD 83/91 BENCHMARK OR/GNAL BENCHMARK RENT 1935: CHISELED SQUARE ON SOUTHEAST CORNER CONC BASE FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL POST AT THE NW CORNER OF INTERSECTION OF PARK AVE. AND LAKE WASHINGTON BLVD. ALL BURIED UTILITIES REQUIRED TO BE AS —BUILT SHALL BE REFERENCED BY APPROPRIATE MARKERS SUCH AS SHOWN WITHIN THE STANDARD DETAILS OF THESE PLANS.
