DRILLING THROUGH SIGNAL POLE OR MAST ARM IS NOT ALLOWED. 5. TEMPORARY VIDEO DETECTION CAMERA SYSTEMS SHALL BE FURNISHED AND INSTALLED FOR ALL APPROACHES BY THE CONTRACTOR. 6. SIGNAL CONTROLLER MODIFICATION SHALL BE PERFORMED IN THE PRESENCE OF CITY OF RENTON SIGNAL TECHNICIANS. 7. FOR CONDUIT/WIRING, SEE SIGNAL PLANS. 8.
