CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE:
(1) SCHEDULE AND HOLD A PRE -CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE WITH THE CITY SITE
INSPECTOR.
(2) FLAG OR FENCE CLEARING LIMITS.
(3) POST SIGN WITH NAME AND PHONE NUMBER OF TESC SUPERVISOR.
(4) RELOCATE EX. UTILITIES; COORDINATE WITH PURVEYOR.
(5) GRADE AND INSTALL CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE. DEMOLISH/REMOVE EX.
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN CLEARING LIMITS EXCEPT AS SHOWN.
(6) INSTALL PERIMETER PROTECTION (RE-INFORCED SILT FENCES).
(7)INSTALL VAULT OUTFALL SYSTEM TO USE AS SEDIMENT TRAP OUTFALL
(8) ROUGH GRADE NE CORNER OF THE SITE AND INSTALL ROCKERY AS SHOWN.
(9) CONSTRUCT SEDIMENT TRAP; BEGIN VAULT CONSTRUCTION
(10) GRADE AND INSTALL INTERCEPTOR SWALE WITH CHECK DAMS.
(11) MAINTAIN EROSION CONTROL MEASURES IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY STANDARDS
AND MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDATIONS.
(12) RELOCATE EROSION CONTROL MEASURES OR INSTALL NEW MEASURES SO THAT AS
SITE CONDITIONS CHANGE, THE EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL IS ALWAYS IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY'S TESC MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. VAULT MAY BE UTILIZED
FOR SEDIMENT CONTROL ONCE COMPLETE AND NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE
(BYPASS) IS STABILIZED AND VEGETATED.
(13) COVER ALL AREAS THAT WILL BE UNWORKED FOR MORE THAN SEVEN DAYS
DURING THE DRY SEASON OR TWO DAYS DURING THE WET SEASON WITH STRAW, WOOD
FIBER MULCH, COMPOST, PLASTIC SHEETING, OR EQUIVALENT.
(14) STABILIZE ALL AREAS THAT REACH FINAL GRADE WITHIN SEVEN DAYS.
(15) SEED OR SOD ANY AREAS TO REMAIN UNWORKED FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS.
(16) UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT, ALL DISTURBED AREAS MUST BE STABILIZED
AND BMPS REMOVED IF APPROPRIATE.
(17) ADDITIONAL EROSION CONTROL MEASURES MAY BE REQUIRED AS DEEMED
NECESSARY BY CITY OF RENTON INSPECTOR.
NOTES:
1. ANY DISCHARGE INTO THE SEWER SYSTEM REQUIRES ADDITIONAL REVIEW AND PERMITS.
DISCHARGE INTO SANITARY SEWER IS SUBJECT TO KING COUNTY DISCHARGE PERMIT AND FEES
FOR QUANTITY DISCHARGES.
2. ADDITIONAL EROSION CONTROL MEASURESMAY BE REQUIRED AS DEEMED NECESSARY BY COR
INSPECTOR.
3. ALL ONSITE EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS EXCEPT IMPROVEMENTS IN PROPOSED LOT 51 TO BE
REMOVED.
4. ALL ONSITE TREES TO BE REMOVED.

CFS OF INFLOW; DEVELOPED 2 YEAR STORM, 15 MIN. TIME STEPS.
