THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE

PROTECTION OF ALL EXISTING UTILITIES, BENCHMARKS,
PROPERTY CORNERS, OR OTHER FACILITIES
THROUGHOUT THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS, THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO REPLACE ANY
FACILITY DAMAGED OR DESTROYED DURING
CONSTRUCTION

THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SCHEDULE AND PERFORM ALL
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY IN SUCH A
MANNER SO AS TO MINIMIZE IMPACT ON TRAFFIC,
UTILITIES AND NEARBY BUSINESSES. ALL
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIY SHALL BE SUBJECT TO
INSPECTION BY REPRESENTATIVEDS OF THE CITY OF
RENTON AND THE ENGINEER OF RECORD.
3.
ANY UNANTICIPATED CONDITIONS ENCOUNTERED
DURING CONSTURCTION SHALL BE INDENTIFIED AND

REPORTED TO THE ARCHITECT AND ENGINEER OF
RECORD IMMEDIATELY.
4.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REFER TO THE ARCHITECTS
PLANS FOR LAYOUT AND GRADES ON ALL PROPOSED
SIDEWALKS, STEPS, HANDRAILS, TRANSFORMER PADS,
EMERGENCY EXIT PORCHES, PRECISE BUILDING

DIMENSIONS, AND EXACT BUILDING UTILITY SERVICE
CONNECTIONS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE
THE INSTALLATION OF UTILITIES IN SUCH A MANNER AS
