ALL PIPE AND APPURTENANCES SHALL BE LAID IN ACCORDANCE WITH WSDOT 7-08. 774IS SHALL INCLUDE LEVELING AND COMPACTING THE TRENCH BOTTOM, THE TOP OF THE FOUNDA77ON MATERIAL AND ANY REQUIRED BEDDING TO A UNIFORM GRADE SO THAT THE EN77RE DRAINAGE FACILITY IS SUPPORTED BY A UNIFORMLY DENSE UNYIELDING BASE. 3.
