KEY NOTES:
OALL IN -STREAM WORK WILL OCCUR DURING THE DRY
MONTHS AS SPECIFIED AND UNDER THE
SUPERVISION OF A QUALIFIED BIOLOGIST.
CONTRACTOR SHALL DEWATER STREAM CHANNEL
AND DIVERT STREAM FLOWS AROUND WORK AREA
PRIOR TO ANY IN -CHANNEL WORK. A COFFERDAM
CONSTRUCTED OF SAND BAGS OR SIMILAR MATERIAL
SHALL BE INSTALLED UPSTREAM AND DOWNSTREAM
OF THE WORK AREA. STREAM FLOW SHALL BE
PUMPED AROUND THE WORK AREA AND DISCHARGED
DOWNSTREAM OF THE COFFERDAM. ANY SEEPAGE
INTO THE WORK AREA SH
ALL BE PUMPED AND
DISCHARGED INTO THE DEWATERING E G DISCHARGE
LOCATION. EXCESS SPOILS SHALL BE DISPOSED OF

STREAM CROSS-SECTION SHALL BE RESTORED TO
PRECONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS, MATCH EXISTING
GRADES. GRADING WORK SHALL BE APPROVED BY
OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE.
