FLEXURAL STRENGTH IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM D4476: 128,000 PSI MIN. B. SHORT BEAM SHEAR IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM D4475: 6,400 PSI MIN. SHEAR CONNECTORS SHALL BE CAPABLE OF HOLDING THE GEOGRID IN THE PROPER DESIGN POSITION DURING GRID PRE -TENSIONING AND BACKFILLING. 4. CONSTRUCTION EXCAVATION AND WALL PLACEMENT SHALL BE COMPLETED TO MAINTAIN SLOPE STABILITY PARTICULARLY DURING PRECIPITATION EVENTS.
