BEFORE ANY CONSTRUCTION OR DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY OCCURS, A PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING MUST BE HELD WITH THE CITY OF RENTON PLAN REVIEWER. 2. ALL CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE 2010 STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROAD, BRIDGE AND MUNICIPAL CONSTRUCTION PREPARED BY WSDOT AND THE AMERICAN PUBLIC WORKS ASSOCIATION (APWA), AS AMENDED BY THE CITY OF RENTON PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT. 3.
