GENERAL CONSTRUCTION NOTES
1. CONTRACTOR TO OBTAIN ALL NECESSARY ANY/OR REQUIRED PERMITS AND
PAY ALL RELATED FEES AND/OR TAXES REQUIRED TO INSTALL THE WORK
INDICATED ON PLANS.
2. DETERMINATION OF "EQUAL" SUBSTITUTIONS TO BE MADE ONLY BY THE
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT AND OWNER.
3. ALL DIMENSIONS ARE TAKEN FROM BACK OF CURB, OR EDGE OF PAVING,
UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ON THE PLAN. THE DIMENSIONS ARE SHOWN
FOR APPROXIMATE LINE AND ALL RADII AND CURVES ARE TO HAVE
CONTINUOUS AND SMOOTH TRANSITIONS WITHOUT ABRUPT CHANGES OR BENDS.
4. ALL FORMS AND ALIGNMENT OF PAVING TO BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY
THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT AND OWNER PRIOR TO POURING. PROVIDE A
MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS NOTICE.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT IS TO BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY IF ANY DISCREPANCIES
OR DEFICIENCIES.
14. CONDITIONS NOT SPECIFICALLY SHOWN ARE TO BE CONSTRUCTED SIMILAR TO THE

15. THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS REPRESENT THE FINISHED PRODUCT. ALL
