B) THE COSTS INCURRED IN MAKING THE INITIAL CCTV
INSPECTION SHALL BE BORNE BY THE PROJECT
395 DEVELOPER. THE DEVELOPER SHALL BEAR ALL
COSTS INCURRED IN CORRECTING ANY DEFICIENCIES
FOUND DURING CCTV INSPECTION, INCLUDING THE
COST OF ANY ADDITIONAL CCTV INSPECTION,
EXFILTRATION TESTING OR AIR TESTING THAT MAY BE
REOURIED BY THE CITY TO VERIFY THE CORRECTION
390 OF SAID DEFICIENCY.
C) THE DEVELOPER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL
COSTS INCURRED IN THE CCTV INSPECTION
PERFORMED SOLELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE
