OVERLAY PERIMETER ROAD 2. RUNWAY CLOSURES HAVE BEEN PRE —SCHEDULED IN THE CONTRACT 1-1/2" COMPACTED DEPTH OF ASPHALT CONCRETE SPECIFICATIONS TO ALLOW FOR RUNWAY PAVING OPERATIONS. FOR OTHER CLASS B WORK IN THE SAFETY AREA, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE 48 HOURS ADVANCE WRITTEN NOTICE. TO THE ENGINEER. DURING WORK WITHIN THE — TACK COAT INCIDENTAL TO BID ITEM FOR ASPHALT SAFETY AREA, THE RUNWAY SHALL BE CLOSED TO ALL AIRCRAFT. THE CONCRETE, CLASS B CONTRACTOR SHALL PLACE TEMPORARY RUNWAY CLOSURE MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT PLANS AND AS DIRECTED BY THE ENGINEER. — RESTRIPE ROADWAY TO MATCH EXISTING. 3. ALL MEN, VEHICLES AND NON —FRANGIBLE EQUIPMENT MUST BE MOVED OUT — BID ITEMS FOR THIS WORK ARE LISTED ON THE v OF THE SAFETY AREA DURING TAKEOFF AND LANDING OPERATIONS. THE FAA SCHEDULE B OF BID PROPOSAL. CONTROL TOWER SHALL PROVIDE THE CONTRACTOR WITH 30 MINUTES NOTICE — ALL WORK SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OF SAID OPERATIONS. NO CONSTRUCTION PERSONNEL VEHICLES OR EQUIPMENT SHALL BE ALLOWED TO PASS IN FRONT OF A TAXIING AIRCRAFT. 6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT ALLOW ANY DEBRIS TO ENTER THE AIRCRAFT APRON. TAXIWAYS OR RUNWAY OR TO CAUSE FOREIGN OBJECT DAMAGE (FOD). WORK AREAS AND AIRSIDE HAUL ROUTES SHALL BE SWEPT OF ANY LOOSE DEBRIS ON A REGULAR BASIS. 7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CLEARLY MARK ANY OBSTRUCTIONS. EQUIPMENT, EXCAVATIONS, OR OTHER SAFETY HAZARD. 8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ACCESS THE AIRPORT THROUGH A ROUTE DESIGNATED BY THE ENGINEER. STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT AND/OR SUPPLIES SHALL BE IN THE AREA DESIGNATED BY THE ENGINEER. CONSTRUCTION NOTE: 1 ALL REMOVED MATERIALS SHALL BE HAULED OFF SITE AND DISPOSED OF IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS. THE HAULING AND DISPOSAL OF MATERIALS SHALL BE INCIDENTAL TO OTHER BID ITEMS.
