of obtaining a residential building permit.
3. Runoff is required to flow through an oil separator and a filtering
screen prior to entering the infiltration system unless otherwise
approved by the City of Renton.
4. Percolation tests must be provided showing percolation rates
In minutes per Inch.
5. The minimum percolation rate for any infiltration system Is 15
minutes per inch. See the table, this sheet, for typical drywall
structures for various percolation rates. Percolation rates
must be performed by a registered civil engineer or a registered
sanitarian, or a person holding a valid sewage disposal system
designer certificate of competency.
6. The ground water table must be at least one foot below the drywall
bottom.
7. A minimum ten -foot wide spacing is required between infiltration
trenches
