Where possible, maintain natural vegetation for silt control. 2. The temporary erosion/sedimentation control facility shall be constructed prior to any grading or extensive land clearing in accordance with the approved temporary erosion/sedimentation control plan. These facilities must be satisfactorily maintained until the construction and landscaping is completed and the potential for on -site erosion has passed. 3. Return siltation control areas to original ground conditions. 4. Provide and maintain temporary sedimentation collection facilities to insure sediment laden water does not enter the natural drainage system. The siltation control systems depicted on this drawing are such as to meet minimum county requirements. As construction progresses and expected (seasonal) conditions dictate, more siltation control facilities may be required to insure complete siltation control on the proposed plat. Therefore, during the course of construction, it shall be the obligation and responsi- bility of the developer to address any new conditions that may be created by his activities and to provide additional facilities, over and above minimum requirements, as may be needed to protect adjacent properties. 5. A a first order of business the contractor will install the catch basin over the existing main and install a temporary stub. to pick up the drainage from the interceptor swale. GENERAL CONSTRUCTION NOTES: 1. All construction and materials shall be in accordance with City of Renton Dept.. of Public Works detail specifications and developer construction. 2. All required storm water retention/detention facilities must be constructed and in operation prior to any paving unless otherwise approved by the Dept. of Public Works. 3. Downspouts and parking, driveway facilities must direct the storm water to the drainage system. 4. Drainage structures not on public right-of-way shall have locking lids. 5. Trench backfill materials shall be compacted to 900-. maximum density. 6. All disturbed surfaces shall be seeded with tough, hardy, fast growing, grass unless landscaping/erosion control measures are employed. "Grass seeding will be done using an approved type hydro -seeder, or as other- wise approved by the Dept. of Public Works." 7. Elevations shown hereon are s-�bject to final site grading elevations. 8. Locations shown of existing utilities are approximate only and it shall be the responsibility of the contractor to verify the correct locations so as to avoid damage or disturbance. 9.
