GENERAL CONSTRUCTION NOTES I. ALL WORK SHALL BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE CITY OF RENTON STANDARD PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS OR AS AMENDED BY THESE PLANS AND THE CONTRACT SPECIAL PROVISIONS. I %. ALL MATERIALS SHOWN ON THE PLANS SHALL BE NEW AND OF THE BEST AVAILABLE I GRADE AND QUALITY. THE EXISTING CONDITIONS ARE SHOWN ACCORDING TO THE MOST ACCURATE DATA AVAILABLE TO THE ENGINEER. ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE REQUIRED IF CONFLICTS ARISE WITH ACTUAL FIELD CONDITIONS. CHANGES WILL HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY THE ENGINEER PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF WORK AND AS-BUILTS WILL BE REQUIRED. 4. ALL WORK INVOLVING UTILITY CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE SPECIFIC AGENCIES REQUIREMENTS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT ALL PERTINENT UTILITY AGENCIES 48 HOURS BEFORE COMMENCING WORK, AND SHALL COORDINATE THE WORK WITH THE UTILITIES THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT.
